We are seeking an experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative group, working on exciting projects and contributing to the success of our organisation.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks on aircraft, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant safety procedures and regulations. They will also be required to supervise maintenance personnel and support apprentices when needed, as well as being responsible for the general condition and upkeep of the hangar and workshop.
In addition, the role involves deploying with aircraft to provide maintenance and logistics support nationally and internationally. The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 2 Security Clearance from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Essential: Experienced LAME B1; If not type rated, available to complete the Learjet 35/36 type course.
* Desirable: Hold a current Part 66 B1 license Learjet 35/36 type rating; Current First Aid Certificate; Forklift license.
