About the Role
This position involves owning a portfolio of residential real estate agency clients across various regions. You will drive revenue growth, deepen customer relationships, and increase brand loyalty by consulting on virtually and in-person solution sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for digital solution sales to real-estate agency clients, driving revenue and relationship growth, managing product adoption, and increasing brand loyalty.
* Digital solution sales to real-estate agency clients.
* Drive revenue and relationship growth, manage product adoption and increase brand loyalty.
* Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from first meetings and demonstrations through to reporting on account performance.
* Presentation of domain insights to key stakeholders and attendance at customer events / sales meetings.
* Development and implementation of business growth initiatives.
* Support during busy times for key accounts as needed.
* Maintenance of strong relationships with proactive introduction of new and featured products that solve client problems and provide tools for achieving goals.
* Excellent customer service provision through efficient resolution of client queries and operational / account issues.
* Market condition feedback including competitive activities (sales tactics and marketing initiatives), potential barriers and opportunities.
* Industry expertise expansion on tech solutions for the residential real-estate space.
