The Role
Be the go-to HR business partner who helps our teams and leaders thrive. Work closely with senior leaders, offering practical, people-first HR advice that actually makes a difference. You'll identify key trends, provide valuable insights, and ensure compliance. You'll also play a key role in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion, making sure these values are deeply embedded in our great company culture.
Working closely with the Director of HR, you’ll roll out both global and local HR programs in a way that makes sense for our people. Whether it’s refining how we do things, boosting engagement, or making sure our teams are set up for success, your impact will be real and felt across the business.

What We’re Looking For?
* Degree in Human Resource Management.
* 5-7 years’ experience in HR business partnering, talent management, or employee relations.
* Solid knowledge of HR laws, policies, and practices.
* Ability to balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Proactive, autonomous, and solutions-focused approach.
* Passion for creating a positive employee experience and culture.
