Our Banking and Financial Services Credit team plays a pivotal role in supporting Macquarie’s Business Banking ecosystem. Our property services team collaborates with sales teams, central risk teams and downstream loan documentation and settlement functions to deliver tailored credit solutions to our clients. In this role, you will guide and mentor an existing team of Commercial Property Finance (CPF) analyst, helping them manage their workflow and grow professionally. You’ll also help implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for our new Expanded Property Backed Lending (EPBL) policy to make operations run smoothly. To ensure we are always improving, you will establish and run feedback loops to refine our end-to-end process. To make it happen, you will obtain and use a delegated lending authority within the CPF and EPBL space. What you offer
