About the Role
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in helping buyers find their ideal home or investment while delivering strong results across our residential developments.
Based at our Southlakes display centre, the position focuses on building relationships, guiding purchasers through the sales journey, and providing support at every stage, from initial enquiry to settlement.
Collaboration is at the heart of the role, working closely with a talented, supportive team across development, marketing, construction, and customer experience — all backed by the strength of a major ASX‐listed business.
What You'll Bring
·Experience in customer service, sales, or business development (property preferred)
·A friendly, professional communication style and strong interpersonal skills
·Confidence with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital platforms
·Organised, proactive, and motivated to deliver results
·Weekend availability and a current NSW driver's licence
·A real estate licence or Assistant Agent certification will be highly regarded, but not essential.
