**We are creating a Talent Pool for future Service Support Manager vacancies across the entire**Northern NSW District.**
**The Talent Pool is valid for a period of up to 18 months and will be used to fill future temporary and ongoing vacancies that may arise.**
**Salary: $99,938.00 to &110,271.00 pa + superannuation and annual leave loading**
**We have Community Service Centres in the following locations**:
- **Tweed Heads, Lismore, Ballina, Clarence Valley**
**Your role**
- The Service Support Manager supervises and leads a team of staff that provide administration support to staff and Community Services clients. The Service Support Manager will plan, manage, monitor and report on the administrative and site management functions of the Community Service Centres CSC(s) and directly undertake some administrative functions, in addition to other duties.
**What you'll do**
- You will supervise a team in the provision of efficient, effective frontline, administrative and site management services. A major aspect of your role is to ensure client focused and consistent high quality service delivery across DCJ Community Service Centres.
**What we're looking for**
- Experience in managing a team in a high-pressure environment delivering services to vulnerable clients.
- High level of organisation skills and time management.
- High level ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Developing team capabilities whilst supporting a culture of integrity and professionalism
- Working through challenges with flexibility and solution focused outcomes
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
