The Office of Student and University Planning is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Student Administration Assistant.
About the team
Data Integrity, Quality and Operations (DIQO) are responsible for delivering academic and student administration services that enable the University to deliver a distinctly student-centred experience and discharge our legislative obligations, including the Higher Education Support Act (HESA) and the Higher Education Standards Framework (HESF). DIQO’s work is undertaken across ten functional streams that enable the University’s core business activities across curriculum management, student admission, enrolment, timetabling, student fees, examinations, student record management and conferral.
About the role
The Student Administration Assistant - Enrolments will contribute with the provision of efficient and effective administration relating to the enrolment of international and domestic students. The Student Administration Assistant - Enrolments is being offered as fixed term appointment until 5 July, 2024. The role will be based at the Penrith (Kingswood) Campus with hybrid working options available.
About you
To be successful in the role, you will have a degree in a relevant qualification and/or equivalent professional administration experience, and:
• high level of administration skills and demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, especially in a high volume client service environment to customers and/or students.
• high level of written, interpersonal and oral communication skills and ability to participate and contribute in achieving team goals.
• strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse, research and problem solve.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $94,265 to $106,603 p.a. (comprising Salary of $79,655 to $90,081 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
