Tas Trucks is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Debtor Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Financial Controller and administration department, taking ownership of debtor accounts, coordinating payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of debtor accounts
- Monitoring and reconciling accounts
- Following up on overdue payments in a professional manner
- Frontline reception duties as required
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
About You
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills (experience with Units/Equip software is a plus)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and foster lasting relationships
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
- Previous experience in debtor management is highly desirable
