Key Responsibilities
* Provide a customer‑focused HR business partnering service and offer advice and support to managers and general staff on a wide range of operational HR matters.
* Deliver a proactive business partnering service across a range of HR functions while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and government policy.
* Support the Human Resources manager on routine industrial relations queries and liaise with managers regarding HR issues.
* Travel regularly to other NR TAFE campuses across the Pilbara and Kimberley regions as required.
* Ensure alignment with the College’s leadership expectations and demonstrate expected mindsets and behaviours in the recruitment and selection process.
