You will shape national marketing strategy, collaborate with global teams, and play a key role in driving the future of an iconic retail brand.
What You'll Do
* Lead the Canadian marketing strategy aligned with global priorities
* Manage PR, media, partnerships, influencers, and local agencies
* Oversee events, sponsorships, and experiential activations
* Lead the Canadian retail marketing calendar, including store openings and seasonal campaigns
* Analyse campaign performance and present insights to senior leadership
* Conduct store visits to ensure brand consistency and identify growth opportunities
What You Bring
* 10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior or local market leadership role
* Strong understanding of Canadian consumers, digital marketing, and media landscapes
* Experience across PR, partnerships, events, and retail marketing
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
* Proven experience managing budgets and agencies

* Salary range: $140,000 - $180,000, based on relevant experience.
