Your role as a Customer Relationship Manager is to deliver an exceptional experience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.
* Building a pipeline of lending leads, keeping track of and nurturing these relationships throughout the buying journey.
* Guiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we're here to help them achieve their goals.
* Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and future ready your customers for financial success.
* Building strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, the branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Alice Springs.
To succeed in this role, you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service. You will have:
* Extensive experience in customer service or sales.
* A high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
* The ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation.
* Highly developed credit analysis skills.
* An understanding of small business offerings.
* Consumer lending experience, which is essential.
