Job Description
This position will involve a high volume of administrative duties, including:
* Updating and maintaining candidate and employee information in the CRM system
* Processing new contracts and on boarding documentation
* Performing compliance and verification checks (e.g., right-to-work and visa)
* Keeping employee profiles and records accurate and current
* Providing ad-hoc administrative support to Payroll and On boarding teams
* Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all systems
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Administrator Should Have
* Previous experience in an administrative, data entry or secretarial role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
* Full working rights (Australian Citizen and/or Permanent Resident)
