What You’ll Do
As a Fitness Cartel Personal Trainer, you’ll:
Coach members 1-on-1 and in small groups to achieve real results
Use business tools, trackers, and resources to grow your PT business
Build strong client relationships and create personalised training journeys
Contribute to a positive club culture alongside our passionate team
Continue developing your skills through ongoing mentorship and education
Who You Are
A qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) OR ready to start your certification
Passionate about fitness, health, and helping people achieve their goals
A self-starter who’s motivated to build and grow a PT business
A strong communicator who connects quickly and inspires confidence
Organised, qualified, and driven to create a long-term career in fitness
