As a Housing Services Officer Trainee, you will play a vital part in assisting clients who seek housing assistance or reside in public housing.

Main Responsibilities
* Administrative support to the operation of the work unit as required.
* Undertake computer-based tasks including preparing standard written communications.
* Liaise effectively with managers, staff and community networks to assist in professional operations.
* Coordinating meetings, agendas and note-taking when required.
* Filing confidential documentation and inputting data into databases.
* Maintain accurate records in accordance with legislative requirements.
* Referring clients to internal or external support service providers.
