The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with both clients and candidates. You'll be responsible for delivering high‑quality recruitment outcomes across professional services and related industries, while supporting the growth of our recruitment division.
This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and flexibility to work autonomously from home. You'll be expected to balance independence with collaboration, contributing to a high‑performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
End‑to‑End Recruitment Management
• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across professional services roles
• Write and post job ads tailored to client needs
• Conduct reference checks and manage offer negotiations
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple sectors
• Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy and workforce planning
• Provide market insights and candidate availability updates
Candidate Engagement
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using JobAdder
• Provide career advice and guidance to candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Operational Excellence
• Use JobAdder to manage workflows, compliance, and reporting
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
Collaboration & Autonomy
• Work closely with the tender consulting team to align recruitment with client projects
• Contribute to team meetings, strategy sessions, and business development initiatives
• Operate independently when required, managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates
Business Growth Contribution
• Identify opportunities to expand recruitment services within existing client base
• Support marketing and branding initiatives for the recruitment division
• Contribute to the development of recruitment frameworks, processes, and best practices
About You
• Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment, ideally within professional services
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on compliance and quality
• Advanced level proficiency in JobAdder is essential for managing workflows and candidate databases
• Australian work rights are required for this position.

• Experience recruiting for construction, FM, health, universities, or renewables
