Overview
As a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Veolia's commercial waste vehicles, plant and equipment. You will attend breakdowns while on roster and work within the workshop environment to keep our fleet and plant running safely and efficiently.

Full-time employment from Monday to Friday, 12 : 30 pm to 9 : 00 pm, with weekday overtime as required
Responsibilities
* Service, maintain and repair plant, equipment and fleet vehicles in a timely manner.
* Complete scheduled daily work tasks as directed by the Workshop Supervisor / Leading Hand efficiently and on time.
* Complete work orders, purchase orders and part requisitions daily and in full.
* Record, monitor stock and part levels and advise on any discrepancies.
Qualifications
* Australian-recognised Diesel / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic trade certificate.
* Proven mechanical knowledge and experience within the automotive repair industry.
* Forklift ticket desirable.
* HR licence.
