* Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and other platforms
* Provide comprehensive information about pet insurance products and services
* Handle and resolve customer concerns and queries regarding services or policies
* Assist with making insurance claims and guiding customers through the process
* Liaise with veterinarians and pet-related businesses to resolve follow-ups
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
* Process changes to customer accounts, such as updating contact details or modifying insurance policies
* Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure consistent high standards of service
* Maintain a solid understanding of product updates, policy changes, and industry trends
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
