About the Opportunity:
The Sales Administrator reports to the Sales Estimating Manager and is part of the Sales Estimating team. The key focus of this role is to assist in controlling and distributing the workflow for the department to ensure the key deliverables are met for each of the business units. More specifically, you will:
•Ensure documentation received from sales is accurate and complete ready for the appropriate team members to work on
•Create new jobs in BusinessCraft and monitor the progression
•Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth transition of jobs throughout the department
•Order and assess the required statutory reports ensuring they are obtained in a timely manner and follow up on reports with external stakeholders as required
•Review workflow allocations and monitor reports to ensure deadlines are met
•Issue approved documentation to the Sales Team
•Provide other general administrative assistance to the Sales Estimating team

About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
•Administration experience is desirable
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•The ability to work autonomously
•Efficient and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•A keen interest in the residential construction industry
