The Centre
Guardian Seven Hills is a purpose-built centre with six indoor play areas across two levels, multiple outdoor play areas, and a verandah for indoor/outdoor experiences in any weather, inspiring curiosity and adventure.
Located on a quiet residential street, the centre is away from the hustle but still accessible, with ample free onsite and street parking, and within walking distance to bus stops.
The Opportunity
Working closely with fellow Educators and the Centre Leadership Team, you will:
* Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
* Lead and guide teams in developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflecting current practices.
* Document and share children’s learning and development with families.
* Contribute actively to the Guardian Curriculum.
* Engage in professional learning and development, career pathways, and a collaborative, inclusive environment.
To be considered, you will have:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECT).
* Current registration with the relevant teaching authority.
* Proven experience as a Room Leader or similar in a preschool setting.
* Excellent knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
* Current Working with Children’s Check (NSW).
