About the Role
In this key operational role, you will coordinate and support the delivery of a program that provides IMGs with practical, workplace-based assessment opportunities that meet AMC standards. Every day, your work will contribute directly to helping IMGs progress toward medical registration and long-term careers within the Australian health system.
Responsibilities
Coordinate program activities in collaboration with the WBA Director, WBA Clinical Lead and Northern Hub WBA Coordinator
Liaise with IMGs and assessors to ensure a seamless assessment journey
Work in partnership with the AMC Workplace Based Assessment Accreditation Team to maintain program quality and compliance
Monitor program deliverables, timelines and documentation
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to support ongoing accreditation
Build and sustain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with national best practice
