This is a full-time role that will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our popular takeaway fish and chip shop. What you'll be doing 1. Manage the overall operations of the takeaway shop, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service 2. Ensure excellent food quality and customer satisfaction at all times 3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability 4. Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work workplace 5. Oversee the training and development of team members 6. Liaise with suppliers and manage vendor relationships 7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations What we're looking for 1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar takeaway or hospitality management role 2. Strong leadership and people management skills 3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities 4. Proficient in inventory management and rostering. 5. Sound knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety regulations 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 7. Adaptable and able to work well under pressure in a quick-paced setting 8. Experience having worked in a takeaway shop.
