A key role in Sales execution is available. This position requires a hybrid approach with at least three days per week spent in the office and collaboration with the Investment Solutions Sales Lead to identify new opportunities within the for-purpose sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, measured by growth in Funds Under Management across solutions offered. Understanding the Australian for-purpose sector is crucial.
To succeed, you will need to leverage resources from the Client Experience Team and maintain a strong personal brand recognized across industry participants.
This position involves business travel within Australia and includes Key Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities to promote bespoke portfolio capabilities to institutional investors in the for-purpose sector, developing sales strategies and executing targeted sales actions.
* Develop and manage a sales pipeline aligned with annual revenue goals, including prospecting and follow-up.
* Lead meetings and close sales with institutional investors.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
* Collaborate across teams to develop holistic value propositions and tailored solutions.
* Track and report sales performance metrics.
* Act as a liaison with investment management groups to support sales and marketing efforts.
* Work with Marketing to ensure sales materials are current and effective.
* Stay informed about industry products, trends, and competitors.
Qualifications include 5-10 years of sales and relationship management experience in Financial Services, managing client relationships and sales pipelines, and deep understanding of how the for-purpose sector evaluates investment programs.
