About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manager Construction to join our team and lead the delivery of new restaurant builds and reinvestment projects across VIC, WA, SA, and TAS.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage construction project managers to deliver outstanding results on every project.
* Oversight of new restaurant builds and reinvestment projects ensuring every project sets a new benchmark for quality and customer experience.
* Collaboration with internal stakeholders to influence design direction bringing the Macca's experience to life.
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
li 5+ years' experience in construction management with proven track record delivering complex projects needed.
