The mission
Own the entire leasing journey end to end. Turn listing instructions into a signed lease quickly, cleanly, and at sales-grade quality.
What you will own
* Run enquiry management daily with fast response times and strong follow-up
* Conduct inspections that convert, creating a confident tenant experience
* Manage negotiations, shortlist quality applicants, and close leases efficiently
* Keep momentum and urgency without sacrificing standards
* Take listing instructions and build a campaign that looks and reads like a sales listing
* Coordinate photography, craft sharp copy, and ensure every listing presents at a premium level
* Recommend pricing strategy based on the market, enquiry feedback, and leasing velocity
* Deliver calm, clear communication to owners with proactive updates and useful feedback
* Create a smoothtenant journey from first enquiry through to approval and sign-up
* Execute accurate leasing documentation, then hand over cleanly to the Property Manager
Process and compliance
* Maintain clean, accurate files and ensure leasing compliance is complete
* Work efficiently in PropertyMe (or similar) with strong notes, tasks, and pipeline discipline
What we are looking for
* Proven ability to convert leads into outcomes through pace, follow-up, and confidence
* Strong marketing instinct and pride in presentation
* Clear communicator who can manage owners and applicants professionally
* Organised, process-driven, and calm under pressure
* Current QLD real estate registration and driver licence are a requirement
