Procurement Manager - Strategic Business Development
This is a strategic procurement role with a strong focus on business development and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of procurement processes and the ability to advise senior stakeholders on strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Consulting with customers on industry best practices and strategies for Source-to-Pay implementation and optimization
* Driving post-implementation value realization by aligning customer procurement objectives with solution capabilities
* Understanding, mapping, and tracking CPO-level KPIs to customer outcomes
* Leading strategic business reviews, value realization workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience and support growth opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5-15 years of experience in procurement, S2P consulting, or related fields
* Strong procurement domain expertise across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, or Supplier Management processes
* Deep understanding of procurement digital transformation KPIs and value drivers
* Background working with leading S2P platforms highly desirable
