As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be a hands‐on contributor responsible for supporting product discovery and execution through detailed analysis and requirements management within your assigned product areas. You will work closely with customers, Product Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to understand user needs, analyse, and document product requirements, and support the delivery of high‐quality features that support their product vision. This role requires a strong focus on customer research, data‐driven analysis, and cross‐functional collaboration to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of product initiatives. You will contribute to go‐to‐market activities at an operational level, supporting launches and enabling internal teams with the knowledge they need to drive product success.
Product Discovery and Management
* Conduct deep product discovery and analysis, including customer interviews, user research, market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product ideas
* Analyse and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Design and Engineering teams
* Contribute to and support the product roadmap for assigned product areas, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and company objectives
* Support the product lifecycle management for assigned initiatives, from initial discovery and development through to launch, ensuring that milestones are met and project goals are achieved
* Participate in collaborative and structured decision‐making processes within the product team and when working with other departments
* Participate actively in agile ceremonies and engineering discussions, providing clarity on requirements and facilitating trade‐off discussions as needed
To be successful you will demonstrate experience with the Business process tools and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
* Completion of relevant IT tertiary qualifications, preferably with a focus on Business and IT
* 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related role, with a proven track record of success in defining and launching products
* Demonstrated experience in contributing to and supporting the execution of tactical product roadmaps
* Proven ability to conduct market research and analysis, including identifying opportunities and understanding competitive landscapes
* Hands‐on experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and actively engaging with software engineering teams throughout the SDLC process
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
* Proficiency with product analytics tools, CRM systems, and project management software
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with a data‐driven mindset
* Ability to balance planning with immediate execution in a fast‐paced environment
