Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a well-organised, proactive individual to provide vital sales and administrative support to our sales team. This challenging and rewarding role offers variety and the opportunity to enhance customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities
* Process new and used machine sales, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation
* Liaise effectively with the Service and Parts departments to support smooth operations
* Raise purchase orders and issue invoices in line with company procedures
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
* Coordinate machine deliveries and logistics, as required
* Manage machine stock transfers between states, maintaining accurate records
* Maintain and update customer machine records with a high level of accuracy
* Perform data entry tasks efficiently and with strong attention to detail
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications confidently
Role Requirements
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with ERA Link / ERA Power systems is preferred but not essential
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
* High attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Experienced in managing detailed paperwork, particularly around end-of-month deadlines
* Highly adaptable, able to manage changing priorities and multitask effectively
* Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
