Bloom Early Education is a WA owned and operated childcare provider, whose mission is to raise the standard of early education and care for all children in WA. We believe every child needs room to bloom and that by creating the right conditions for children to reach their full potential, we are empowering future generations to build a better world.

Our renovations are now complete and we are seeking passionate and nurturing educators to join our team in Dawesville who are committed to helping Bloom achieve its vision and mission. This position will cover both LDC and OSHC, so being able to work across both is desirable.

You must also meet the following criteria:

Have or be working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent early childhood qualification.

Hold a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis qualifications and have completed the relevant child protection training.

Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time Our Place (MTOP), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Education and Care Service National Regulations.

Be able to communicate effectively and with purpose to children, parents, team members, service providers and stakeholders.

Demonstrate high‑level abilities to work in a team and be able to use their own initiative.

Be "all in" with your commitment and contribution to Bloom's philosophy, vision and mission.
