Our Queensland Government client is currently seeking a Senior Advisor (Data and Reporting) to manage and improve processes, systems, and data capabilities for the funding, usage, and payment of electricity supply charges, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the organisation's transport infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Bring expertise in process improvement, data analytics, and ICT tools such as PowerPivot and Power BI.
* Document current processes and define target operating state processes in compliance with the organisation's standards.
* Develop and implement database and reporting capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making.
* Manage the budget allocation and ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of electricity payments.
* Maintain accurate records of electricity assets and usage across the organisation's transport infrastructure.
* Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports on electricity costs and usage to support operational and strategic decisions.
* Lead initiatives to streamline processes and enhance transparency in managing electricity supply charges.
* Develop comprehensive documentation of current and target processes, and implementation of improvements.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including electricity retailers, to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Casual Loading
