**About the role**:
**Duties**:
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Representatives
- Manage the processing of customer sales orders and enquiries
- Provide timely feedback of any delays in process flow
- Service sales enquiries ensuring they are handled in an accurate and timely manner
- General Adhoc administration duties as required
**Skills and experience**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC computers
- A positive attitude with an energetic and hands-on approach to work
- Previous experience in a similar role
**Job Types**: Fixed term, Casual
Contract length: 14 months
**Salary**: $24.06 - $34.96 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
