About the Opportunity
Our organization is seeking a skilled client service leader to lead our team in a specific location. The role is a 6-month contract, part-time (48-64 hours per fortnight), working a range of shifts across weekdays/nights and weekends.
* Manage a team of approximately 20 enthusiastic and passionate client care representatives, to ensure they enjoy and are equipped to excel in their roles.
* Ensure exceptional service for our clients and their pets.
* Collaborate with others to develop and implement training programs.
* Manage rostering processes.
* Oversee decision making, complaints management and problem-solving for client and team related matters.
* Lead human resource management, with support from a HR team, to perform functions such as recruitment, performance management, training, team engagement and wellbeing.
* Participate in leadership discussions to develop and implement strategies.
