The Role:
* Prominent breakfast, dinner, crib lunch, dessert, and pastry preparation for the community
* Collaboration with a team of skilled cooks, kitchen assistants, and dining room staff
* Maintenance of stringent food safety standards, adhering to guidelines set by leading industry experts
* Adherence to workplace health and safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
Essential Qualifications:
* Diploma in Commercial Cookery
* Bulk Catering Experience
* In-depth knowledge of all kitchen operations
* Able to pass Pre-Employment Medical Assessments
* National Police Clearance (within six months)
