Your Time to Shine
The Property Manager is responsible for the management of TAFE SA Campus Logistics and Operational Property Service arrangements, delivered internally and contracted externally for nominated campuses, and contractual arrangements across all campuses.
The Property Manager works within developed guidelines to initiate, plan, implement, co-ordinate and deliver operational Campus Logistics and Operational Property Services in accordance with TAFE SA strategic goals and government policy.
What You'll Bring
* Sound knowledge of contract specifications, documentation and procedures and relevant government policies.
* Experience in the implementation, planning and management of planned and unplanned operational property management programs, including annual inspection and compliance programs, risk management and ongoing asset condition auditing.
* Demonstrated experience in the implementation of performance and optimisation strategies including utilities network and energy consumption.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
