Property Network of Australia is seeking a Retail Marketing Executive to join a national property group, based out of a major shopping centre asset in Townsville. Our client is a prominent national shopping centre landlord dedicated to enhancing shopping centre performance and fostering strong relationships with retailers and local communities. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in marketing, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement, preferably within the property sector, although candidates with broader marketing coordination/management will certainly be considered.
As QLD Marketing Executive, you will support the implementation of centre-level marketing strategies, manage digital and social media channels, and build strong partnerships with retailers and community groups. You will play a key role in driving centre traffic, sales, and brand awareness through creative campaigns and effective communication at this particular asset, as well as the wider Qld portfolii, reporting to the Portfolio Marketing Manager.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Support the QLD Portfolio Marketing Manager to deliver marketing strategies and campaigns to drive centre and portfolio-wide traffic and sales
* Manage digital marketing, social media content, and community engagement initiatives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, customers, and local stakeholders
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
* Support centre management with tenant liaison and customer communications
* Assist with event planning, activations, and public relations activities
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in retail property or shopping centre marketing
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to analyse data and report on campaign effectiveness
* Creative approach to content creation and community engagement
