What you can expect in a day in this role:
We’re looking for experienced Bar Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. You might find yourself pouring beers and singing along with the band in our Green Room Bar, serving wine to guests in the Casino Bar, or shaking up cocktails in the Birdcage Bar.
What you will bring to the role:
* Proven experience in a Food & Beverage environment
* Knowledge of spirits, wine and cocktails
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate both slow periods and thriving busy times
* Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation, or the ability to obtain
* Flexibility in availability across 7 days including late nights and into the early hours of the morning
An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
