This creates an environment where thoughtful analysis, independent thinking and high‐quality execution are both expected and rewarded.Key responsibilitiesEvaluation and execution of direct investments across private credit, real estate, private equity and venture capitalDetailed financial modelling, structuring analysis and commercial due diligence across a range of transaction typesSupporting end‐to‐end transaction execution, including coordination with advisors, legal counsel and counterpartiesPreparation of high‐quality investment papers and presentation of recommendations to the Investment CommitteeIdentification, selection and ongoing monitoring of external fund managers across global marketsPortfolio construction support, including asset allocation, risk assessment and capital deployment decisionsActive monitoring of underlying investments, including performance analysis and strategic input where relevantDeveloping and maintaining relationships with fund managers, sponsors, brokers and other market participantsSupporting broader strategic initiatives, reporting and operational requirements of the investment functionThe ideal candidate will have4-7 years of experience within private equity, investment banking, private credit, corporate finance or a comparable environmentStrong exposure to investing, with the ability to assess risk, structure transactions and underwrite opportunitiesStrong financial modelling and analytical capability, with strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to think independently and generate investment insightsA genuine passion for investing, particularly within private marketsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate investment thesesHigh level of professionalism, discretion and judgementComfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with significant responsibility and accountabilityRelevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Business, Engineering, Property or Law.
