At Stockland Burleigh Heads, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for our customers. Your work at the Customer Care Desk will help shape positive experiences for our local community and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere that makes our centre a place people enjoy visiting.

We're Looking For a...

Customer Care Officer who will be the friendly and reliable first point of contact for our customers and retailers.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the day to day operations of the Customer Care Desk for Stockland Burleigh Heads. This role sits within the Commercial Property team and contributes directly to Stockland's mission of creating better places and experiences for everyone.

This is a permanent part time role, working one day per week on Fridays from 9am to 5pm, with occasional additional shifts to provide sick leave and annual leave coverage.

In this role, you will:

* Greet customers and provide accurate information and assistance
* Manage all Customer Care Desk processes and enquiries
* Support national and local marketing campaigns
* Gather and share customer feedback to support service improvement
* Build positive relationships with retailers, contractors and the centre team

About You

You enjoy engaging with people and take pride in creating positive experiences. You care about great service, enjoy being part of a team and feel motivated by supporting your community. You are adaptable, friendly and confident dealing with a wide range of customer needs.

Experience & Skills That Count

* Proven experience in a front line service role
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Ability to work effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders
* Strong organisational and administration skills
* Competence in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
