Key Responsibilities
* Training and Development: Create and coordinate educational initiatives to enhance professional development and improve workforce quality.
* Curriculum Management: Oversee induction coordination, scheduling refresher inductions for existing staff and managing placements for graduates and students.
* On-job Training: Utilize diverse learning methods to cater to various styles, including on-the-job training and online education.
* Collaboration: Work closely with interprofessional teams to implement a trauma-informed model of care.
* Quality Improvement: Participate in activities contributing to multidisciplinary team processes.
