You will liaise between corporate and operations teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring engineering solutions meet safety, quality, and compliance standards. Your leadership, influence, and collaborative skills will be vital to making a meaningful impact.Key AccountabilitiesLeading engineering projects across Victoria and TasmaniaActing as a leader in MOC, PSSR, HAZOP, and HAZID processesTeam leadership, development, resource allocation, and performance managementCollaborating with operations teams to understand project and maintenance requirementsManaging project costs, budgets, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with policies and regulationsMonitoring and maintaining project delivery compliance and integrityReporting, documentation, and governanceAbout YouYou are an inspired, self-motivated engineering project leader with a track record of delivering innovative projects. You approach challenges with a mindset for change, improving processes and ensuring compliance. A strong communicator, you thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable navigating change.
