Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, produce and present high-quality food according to standard recipes and as directed by the Head Chef.
* Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with HACCP principles and local guidelines.
* Conduct daily kitchen stock audits and order supplies as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant trade qualification in cookery or a related field.
* Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment, preferably in a similar role.
* An adaptable mindset, vision for quality and ability to work a flexible roster.
