An opportunity now exists for an experienced Structures Foreman to join the team on a large-scale multi-residential project in Brisbane. This is a key position within a well-resourced project team, overseeing the structural package from early works through to top-out.
The successful candidate will demonstrate proven experience managing structural trades on high-rise residential or mixed-use developments, ideally within an EBA environment.
Key responsibilities and experience required:
* End-to-end exposure across structural packages including site establishment, piling and foundations, basement excavation, basement structure, main tower structure and crane coordination
* Strong leadership of structural trades including concrete, formwork and steel
* Driving SWMS and OHS compliance across all structural activities
* Conducting weekly safety walks, managing close-outs and maintaining strict safety standards
* Managing pre-pour inspections and quality control processes
* Leading daily pre-start meetings and coordinating subcontractors in line with 2-week look-ahead programs
* Working knowledge of project management systems such as Aconex or Procore
