Key Accountabilities
The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere whether it is at the bar, in the restaurant, room service, conferencing and/or events.
Deliver warm, attentive service that capture the bold, inviting spirit of a Hunter steakhouse, from first greeting to final farewells, creating a memorable and satisfying dining experience
Create a welcoming and tailored presentation of the dining room, ensuring every detail contributes to the immersive ambiance
Cultivate genuine relationships with guests and regular patrons, fostering loyalty and a sense of connection
Collaborate seamelessly with the kitchen and bar team to ensure flawless service delivery and timing
Serve as an ambassador for guest satisfaction, actively engaging with feedback to continually enhance the dining experience
Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
