Qualifications





* A current Real Estate Licence and a proven track record in residential property sales.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated capability in managing and converting a high volume of enquiries, consistently exceeding business sales objectives.
* A proactive approach to networking and relationship-building, underpinned by a commitment to client service and long-term partnerships.
* A results-oriented mindset, with a tenacious approach to deal closure and a focus on achieving commercial outcomes.
* A collaborative working style, with the ability to contribute effectively within a high-performing team environment.
