We are looking for a self-motivated Application Support Analyst with experience managing and supporting Dynamics AX. Contributing to a strong sense of teamwork, you will be responsible for ensuring that operational processes run smoothly through a stable and consistent technology experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Providing Level 2 support for internal applications with a focus on Dynamics AX/D365 and support infrastructure.
* Identifying process improvements and engaging in troubleshooting within the application support team.
* Effectively managing stakeholder relationships, interacting with the broader business and IT team.
* Complete daily maintenance tasks including logging requests, fielding queries, managing tickets, actioning alerts, managing escalations and reviewing the system health of Carlisle applications and services.
We are ideally seeking candidates with:
* Experience in supporting multiple applications, especially Dynamics AX or D365 (F&O), with strong technical troubleshooting, testing, configuring, and documenting skills.
* The ability to provide superior customer service, engage proactively with end users, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
* A genuine interest in learning and adapting to new systems and processes, with a willingness to be trained in specific areas such as FinOps and internal applications.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, seeking the root cause of issues with a hands-on approach.
* A cultural fit with our team environment that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. A sense of fun and enjoyment in the work is essential.
