Join our busy, friendly family-owned panel shop
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in keeping our panel shop running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and be the friendly face of our business
• Book customer vehicle inspections and repairs
• Manage phone and front counter enquiries
• Enter assessed quotations and print job sheets
• Send repair jobs for authorisation
• Assist with parts pricing and occasionally source parts
• Enter parts invoices into our systems
• Use multiple computer programs to manage workflow
• Keep the office organised and support the workshop team as needed
About You:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident with computers and able to learn new systems quickly
• Great attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Previous experience in administration or the automotive industry is highly regarded (but not essential)
