Job Title: Health and Safety Manager
This is a hands-on, operationally focused role where you'll be on site, working closely with Operational Managers, Field Managers, and Install Teams to embed best practice and drive a positive safety culture in a fast-moving environment.
* Carry out regular site visits, inspections, audits, and investigations, ensuring risks are identified and managed effectively.
* Support and coach Operational Managers, Field Managers, and Installers to raise safety standards on the ground.
* Lead on incident investigations and implement corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
* Own and enhance all aspects of Health, Safety & Wellbeing across office, warehouse, and field-based operations.
* Deliver engaging H&S training, toolbox talks, inductions, and refresher sessions to staff and contractors.
* Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, client H&S teams, and external auditors.
* Develop, review, and maintain policies, RAMS, procedures, and safe systems of work .
* Provide expert advice on UK H&S legislation and industry best practice, influencing teams at all levels.
* Champion a positive safety culture, encouraging safe behaviours and embedding compliance across a growing organisation.

* NEBOSH Diploma or working towards it (minimum NEBOSH General Certificate essential).
