Recruitment Team Coordinator
You will play a pivotal role in attracting and engaging top talent for graduate programs and internships across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, and business managers to ensure seamless interview processes.
* Schedule and confirm phone and on-site interviews, including office tours, lunches, and desk rotations.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates.
* Manage candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System.
* Facilitate university recruiting dinners and events, promoting networking opportunities for summer interns.
* Assist with additional projects such as reporting, researching universities, and campus events.
Requirements:
* A minimum of one year of professional or intern experience in administrative assistance, event planning, or coordination roles.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* The ability to maintain confidential information and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
