Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused machinery operators to fill a part-time position. This role requires up to 6 months of comprehensive training, which will be completed during the week before transitioning to a weekend night shift.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate equipment efficiently, maintaining a consistent flow of product.
* Ensure flavour testing is conducted accurately, supplying precise flavours.
* Develop advanced centre-lining skills, calibrate equipment, troubleshoot, and monitor its performance.
* Prepare and complete quality checks, documenting accurate records.
* Perform regular cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience operating machinery in a food manufacturing environment.
* A high mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operation.
* Knowledge of HACCP & GMP principles.
* Safety-conscious mindset and strong communication skills.
