Project Development Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Project Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Burnie TAS.
The successful candidate will form part of a team working on an exciting project to develop and implement evidence-based group programs informed by lived experience. The role requires strong networking skills to establish connections and partnerships within the community, ensuring groups focus on skills development and community integration.
Some travel may be necessary across Tasmania to establish programs in each area.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, social science or related discipline;
* Prior experience working within the Mental Health industry or community-based organisation;
* Effective communication skills, verbal and written including the ability to complete reports;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* A current valid Driver's License and the ability to undertake travel for the role;
* A current Working with Children Check;
* The Right to Work within Australia;
* Satisfactory National Police Records Check.
