As a Mentor you'll support individuals through every step of their employment journey. From building confidence to setting goals and accessing training you'll empower people to take control of their future.
Key Responsibilities
* Take the time to really understand your clients – their goals, strengths and roadblocks.
* Build trust and create supportive relationships that lay the foundation for lasting success.
* Collaborate with clients to set clear, achievable goals. Break down barriers and map out practical steps that move them forward in work and life.
* Keep everything running smoothly by ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date records using systems like ESS / WAOP and Job Ready. Consistency and compliance are key.
* Play an active role in our team's success by using resources wisely, supporting efficiency and helping us meet financial and service goals.
